Credit Application
Thank you for your interest in purchasing products or services with PGI Steel! We are happy to provide credit to companies who have completed the credit application process and have been approved for purchases. You will need the following information in order to complete the application:
- Sales tax certificate
- Company contact information
- Four (4) credit references
- Blanket certificate of resale
- State sales tax permit number
- Federal ID number
- Download the PGI Steel credit application
Once the application is completed, please send it to [email protected]. Please complete the application immediately after placing the order to avoid any delay in processing or shipment of your materials.
