The Hiring Process
Applications for employment must be completed at one of our office locations. All potential candidates are given a basic math test and must score 70% or higher in order to interview with a Team member. Upon successful interviews, all candidates will go through PGI Steel’s screening process which includes a background check, agility test and drug screen.
