Metals Products Inventory
PGI Steel provides a wide range of custom steel plate processing services to customers nationwide. We offer oxy-fuel plate cutting, plasma burning and saw cutting. We custom burn shapes and thicknesses from multiple steel grades. We then stress relieve and/or anneal, Blanchard grind, CNC machine and final surface grind the finished parts.
The following are some of the grades that we carry:
- ASTM A36, grade plate up to 8″ thick
- A572 Grade 50, Grade 60, Grade 42
- A514 & up to 4″ thick, up to 8″ thick available
- 1045 to 3″ thick, up to 8″ thick available
- 4140 to over 4″ thick, up to 12″ available
- 1020 & Hot Roll Plate (chemistry)
- A516 grade 70N, special order to 12″ thick
