Precision Grinding adds two new CNC Vertical Machining Centers to its Birmingham location in the first quarter of 2013.   The new Johnford and the new Yama Seiki CNC Vertical Machining Centers will greatly expand the company’s machining production capacity.  In particular, the new Johnford mill will allow Precision Grinding to machine parts larger than ever before with a 110” wide x 162” long x 42” high travel capacity.  The new Johnford mill can machine large plates and fabrications and can also mill edges and edge holes with a new 90 degree right angle head.
