CNC Lathe and Turning Services

PGI is proud to offer CNC lathe and turning services from our Wenonah-Oxmoor facility. With our Yama Seiki GS-4000L37 (CNC) turning center, we can swing workpieces up to 18.1″ diameter with lengths up to 110″. Our lathe has a 60 HP 2-speed geared headstock coupled with twelve “live tooling” stations. Our lathe has 6,000 RPM and a 7.50 HP base mount turret for heavy milling and Y-Axis capabilities of 4.75″ of travel.

Our Team can provide off-center drilling, milling, turning and boring. This machine is ideal for completing shaft work and other large components made from various materials including aluminum, 1045, 4140 and other tool steel materials.
