PGI offers many services and capabilities to produce your requirements efficiently. The following are the typical steps we use to produce a completely machined and surface ground part:

1: Burn or plasma cut plate per CAD requirements

2: Stress relieve or anneal for improved machining and flatness

3: Blanchard grind to finishing thickness

4: Mill edges, holes, slots or other details per drawing specifications

5: Fabricate and assemble multiple components with welding or custom machine building

6: Surface grind metal pieces to the highest flatness and parallelism requirements

7: Sand blasting and painting 

8: Inspect to insure highest quality and accuracy
